Website Description
One of my best friends parents owns a diesel shop company, Central Arkansas Truck and Trailer,
and they recently paid for a new website. The styling for the website is very outdated,
so I wanted to give it a more modern look, and keep the functionality as well.

Who is the target audience?
Current and potential customers for Central Arkansas Truck and Trailer. (Truck Drivers, Logistics Companies, Diesel Vehicle Dealerships, Construction Companies, Farmers, Diesel Pickup Owners, etc.)
How can I tailor the web site to reach that audience?
Since the majority of customers are businesses that rely on diesel equipment, the website will emphasize reliability, great pricing, expertise, and speed of service found at CAC&T. I will also make ease of navigation a priority, with service requests being at the very top, and information on services following, that way customers can get where they need quickly. Since many users will probably be viewing this website on their phone, the website will be designed mobile-first.
What are the goals for the site?
The main goal is to improve the stylization of the website, especially the mobile-view, along with improving navigatability, all while maintaining the various features found on the current webpage.
How will I gather the information?
The information found on the current webpage is what will be used to populate the updated one.
What are my sources for multimedia content?
The multimedia content found on the current webpage will be reused, along with additional images provided from the owners.
What is my budget?
N/A
How long do I have to complete the project?
Now until May 12th, 2026.
Who is on my project team?
Hudson Matthews
How often should the site be updated?
It should be updated on a case-by-case basis. If any information like phone-number, email, or services change, then the website should be updated to reflect that.
Who is responsible for updating the site?
Ultimately, that responsibility is put on the owners.
